Voice of Silence ( Author - Rishaj Dubey ) Book Review

Voice of Silence is a fiction that deals with the concerns of health mental state.

Inked within 272 pages proced at 300/- this fiction talks about the necessity to identify the harrowing consequences of abuse and necessity to check mental health that is as much needed as health of your body.

The cover is very interesting where you can see the silhouette of a kid. In this story Aarav is a young lad who seems almost normal but unfortunately as he had to deal with some serious abuses during his tender childhood it changes his psychological state and hampers with his perceptions if the world as an adult.

Nikita who has post traumatic stress syndrome can recognize the deep pain in Aarav too.Having similar source of trauma from past she can better connect.
But then there comes twists that talks about suicidal tendencies , anxiety , depression , loneliness , etc that through the story author puts weight on these things that society should understand needs care , the mysterious characters whose presence remind Aarav of and other similar events add interesting turns as they deal with all these admist the busy life .

Short chapters with interesting title felt comfortable for me and Physical Abuses are bad but psychological abuses break down people for whole life.
Narration is quite good. Topic chosen is thoughtful and not based on a normal typical love story but carries depth ..pace has smooth flow. Characters are developed clearly.

Font size is bit small . Binding, page quality and other stuff are kept at appropriate mark.

Nice one time read with depth and thoughful plot.

My rate :3.7/5
