Clarity is the only Spirituality ( Book Review )

Can we really change anything at all about the world outside us unless we try and change our inner selves ? BOOK REVIEW - About the book + My thoughts : _________________________ 🌿I came to know that genuine spirituality is the quest for Truth not happiness through this beautiful book written by Susunaga Weeraperuma. It tells that clarity really helps to get rid of our fears in life. And certainly it is true ! As clarity has helped in my own life solving problems. 🌿I feel this is a light read book which deals in various topics - like tolerance for religions, humanity, forgiveness , chastity, fear of death ,etc written in a lucid way but it provokes the thoughts of the reader to think beyond our regular life. 🌿The book is divided into different chapters , making it easier and faster to read. The author mainly focuses on these points by using examples of his life through French people at his village in France . He also talks about his experience in his motherland Sri Lanka and his few

Small Towns , Big Stories - Ruskin Bond ( Book Review )

And here is one of my best possessions of November or this year authored by one of my favourite authors "RUSKIN BOND @ruskinbond " who is immensely popular in India for his beautifully crafted poignant stories that are a perfect blend of innocent childhood , first love that has that sweetness and silent nostalgic old age. Each of them describe intricate human emotions very elegantly and surprisingly each of the stories are so unique and different from each other. This book is a thing of beauty and has the newest collection of Mr.Bond's short story works. 21 different stories decorate this book with the beautiful hardcover that oozes the vibes of small villages covered with year's first soothing snowfall bringing nostalgic feelings. As always Ruskin Bond's stories revolve around beautiful hilly regions describing the best of nature's gift to us . I have read "The Night train at Deoli "earlier in another book but all the other stories in this one
