When I feel down I try to watch some inspiring videos , read uplifting books and quotes and talk to close people.
Author Arun Malik has published such 8 books.
Two of them I am writing my thoughts on.
This book has plethora of quotes.It talks about importance of inspiring and motivating others.
No money is spent in telling some encouraging words but at times they prove to help many get success by increasing their confidence and creating supportive community around us.The importance of using positive words are also very much needed.Language makes or breaks us.
Bad language even if said in anger without real intentions can be get stored in someone's memory in a misunderstood way that can bring them pain.We need to be thoughtful what we deliver in our speech as it is powerful.Similarly the importance of thoughtful parenting is unfathomable.
People with good strong self confidence are nurtured by encouraging parents who let them try their problem solving skills at early age,by praising them at each small steps which result into better self esteem and also reduces risk of having persona disorder afterwards in life.
