A Goan Holiday : by Anitha Perinchery ( MY REVIEW )

This is a contemporary fiction . Has a blend of genres like drama , suspense , thriller and the base is romance and sometimes to lighten up the heavy sides there is comedy . Authored by Madam Anitha Perinchery its inked into 538 pages.

There are 41 chapters inked into 538 pages. Two timelines to be noted. It starts with female protagonist named Anjali whose closed ones have suddenly fixed her into a blind date on the beaches of holiday spirited Goa.

But was it actually a blind date or it was conspired ? Who does she get to meet and how things turn from there ? Is there a secret that is lingering for years ?

The medical student life , a rich family background with millionaire early generations there is a smuggling , a INTERPOL case running side by side along with dramatic married life.

There is extra marital affair , LGBTQ relation, Long holding of secrets , solving of mystery and finishing into a satisfying end .

I liked Anjali's character she looks sift emotional but she is a lioness . Also with Joe , Farhan , Rishi this story showcases various shades of love and emotions of human heart , depth of heart to heart relationships and irrelevant social ways still prevalent in our Indian culture. There are other characters too who add more depth .

Narration is catchy , has good flow more over I found the words used were crafty and effective. Only thing is the book has good length , I hope it gets published into physical one soon. Enjoyable , dramatic read that has many elements .
