In the book ' Brick , Cement and Dotcom'  , author Deep Malhotra shares his in-hand experience of being an entrepreneur.

From working in a range of industries in the corporate world he talks about different aspects of entrepreneurship from its struggles to its various stages till the Adobe of success. I really liked his honest approach of sharing his in-depth knowledge in such an arena which many of us cannot see through its surface.

I really liked read it more again because when I was in college I started a small business and it's a learning process till date. I have learnt by myself quite a few things from making it stand to go through wholesale buying ,  handling clients and digital marketing etc.

Entrepreneurship word may sound cool but it takes a lot of effort but it brings freedom and satisfaction too. But to reach that place you have to experiment , be competitive and understand the industry.

Mr. Malhotra shares he his journey being a  graphic designer freelancer , google India marketer , a employees to an entrepreneur and involving in real estate. He speaks about the different facets of each and what he learnt in each stage. That you got to experiment, build strong relationships, Keep ingregrity intact, stop self doubting.

If someone is a budding entrepreneur they will find his honest account and unveiling the dark side of being running a business insightful and effective to avoid common mistakes and take a planned mindful approach.Few lines were impactful and very true that if you submit your work very quickly people think it's too easy and pay less. It's a human psychology based thing. Also the comment that Passion is overhyped but persistency is the thing is so true. I recommend this book. Each chapter is brief , narration is lucid but has weight and truthful.
