Author starts this non-fiction self help guide by introducing us to different examples in the nature that speaks of gradual change in beings for their betterment of life. Like a pearl , butterfly , etc .

He tells nature is our biggest teacher and shows us to be at our best self we have to tread through hardships.
This book has to the point explaination , keeping the guide non dragging and lucid to understand. Here we get to know the importance of having an inner call , to be willing to become self aware , actualise , self awarded and controlling and keeping a record of our actions inside and outside of ourselves.

He has emphasized on having a flexible perception and attitude by presenting to us different questions as examples and explaining them their significance. Most of them even are asked for fun to check the intellectuality of kids .

I have known Maslow's hierarchy law for quite sometime now and again this book also gives a nice introduction to it. It is a nice book but needs grammer editing for there are few errors.

He has put forward few point to point transformation techniques like S.M.A.R.T strategy, behaviour and habit change programme, some facts about CBT and such motivating techniques in an arranged manner that can come handy for  thebetterment of an individual.
