Crystopia is a children's book that is authored by a very talented young girl of age fifteen named Ms. Rudrani Sharma.
This book is about an ordinary girl who is 13 years of age named Natasha. She needs some sparks in her mundane life. Same old school, same old ways of entertaining oneself through movies and books. You know it right? But when she was all excited about her birthday, it also got unfortunately messed up. Food was burnt, the dress didnot fit. Alone and disappointed she went to sleep in her room. But out of nowhere she was startled by the pink halo in her room and found out a strange pink crystal on the ground. From there her fun filled adventures in a fantasy dream like land starts. Her reveries almost come true on a crystalline outworldly land with magical beings, an ancient kingdom, evil powered villains, people with revengeful attitudes, extraordinary potions and many things more. There is a conspiracy that is uprising to destroy the peace of the land. The trio with Mia ,Luke and Natasha can do something to solve this up.
It is fast paced, entertaining, interesting with subtle messages of being courageous in hard times, fight for the right, never loosing hope and beauty of friendship decorated with some nice illustrations. I also liked reading how the trio was honoured and history of Escara and her revenge.
An excellent start for a young author and beautiful story book for kids and teenagers.
It will motivate them towards cultivating reading habit that is need of the hour when young minds are getting overly engaged in the digital media world.
