The valiance showed by Indian armed forces in any battleground is known to the world for their resilience and patriotism.

This book is a tribute to the Indian armed forces with a collection of events that took place during India pakistan war of 1965 at different places which presents to us the outstanding gallantry shown by our soldiers.

Many a times in the hustle and bustle of our lives we forget to show gratitude
to those who sacrifice the bliss of their own lives so we citizens can breathe and sleep in peace. For our life's security from notorious terrorists and threats from other countries they provide their service at the borders in unthinkable harsh weather conditions among various life threats. These stories in this book which is a homage to them from the 1965 battleground reminding us how diligently Indian Armed forces showed their skills and blocked the enemy in war from harming our India.

In every war there is a turn of the table when one side totally destroys the planned move of the other. In these stories we get to know who, where, how, when Pakistan's moves at crucial points that step by step helped into our win  unless UN had intervened later requesting to mandated ceasefire to be agreed by both nations.

It was interesting and wonderful to know about the modus operandis, the skills shown by armed forces during mind-boggling challenges they faced.
Added with quotes and maps it was knowledgeable.

This is an immensely insightful book with intense research which helped me know more about the war, the tactics employed, modus operandi's by the enemy from deserts, plains to mountain heights but our nation fought bravely and  came out with flying colours.
