This is the second volume of the Vitamin H series. About the beautiful first volume I shared my thoughts a day ago.
Today through this post I would like to talk about this one. In the first part there were quotes from Day 1 to 111. This one starts from Day 112 to Day 263. So it again has plethora of motivational pieces.
The approach of Vitamin H series is very thoughtful. Like each day one takes their vitamin supplements the same way H here stands for hope, happiness, healing, health, harmony and heroism.
These quotes are empowering and inspiring in nature which focus of reminding a reader to never loose faith, cultivate love, practice forgiveness, embrace the journey and have the urge to achieve greatness and thereby achieve good mental and emotional well-being.
Not only these quotes are limited to such topics but they also touch upon social issues like patriarchy based women opression and the evils like caste system and discuss why it's time to abolish them.
As a whole I think this volume just like the first volume is very philosophical, thoughtful and can prove to be meaningful in these dark times when a ray of hope can do magic in our lives.
