This is a mystery story blended with adventure and suspense! An action packed read that takes us through the first part of this trilogy. Technology has touched zenith by bringing us unthinkable inventions making our lives easier day by day. But alongside that human greed has increased by folds degrading the very same.

It is a fiction story that will be enjoyed by new readers, people who like science fictions and enthusiasts of adventure. The pace was medium. At few places the conversation of the police among themselves felt bit slow but again the events with 'The Invention' felt intriguing. I was able to imagine all the scenes just like I was walking beside the characters myself.
The language is lucid too.

Here is Professor Ramanna, a renowned scientist whose previous invention Antitox in the field of food technology brought him world wide fame. He was awarded by government, that made him publicly very famous. But fame also brought him horrific enemies.

During a public convention he declares about his next invention but keeps it a mystery that blows public's mind. This news gets leaked to Kalra who is a ruthless businessman involved in criminal activities.  As Ramanna rejects Kara's money offer he tries to steal his invention. The story shifts to an action packed plot where the future of the invention becomes uncertain as Ramanna tries to destroy things himself.  When the aura of the mystery dissolves, from the ashes of the dead something rises up. I actually liked the concept. The story plotting. All that technological invention and ideas I wish it exists soon in our world. Almost felt like I was watching a bollywood science fiction movie.

As the police is on a run to catch the criminal cronies the story takes a swift turn by introducing the beautiful innocent 16 year daughter Anjali of the ACP who somehow gets linked  closely with this case. I liked her character. I am truly trying not to give away much. So you may go for this book. In the end I was left heartbroken but I am sure something good will definitely happen to Arihant that readers heart mend and we can know how truly things conclude in the next part.
