unMind by Siddharth Tripathi

unMind by Siddharth Tripathi illustrated by Kalyani S Naravane and published by Fingerprint Publishers is a graphic guide to self realisation.

" I am the Self, O Arjun, seated in the hearts of all creatures. I am the beginning, the middle and the end of all beings. "

With verse 20 of Bhagavad Gita from chapter it's chapter 10 the book starts.

Definitely caught my attention from the very beginning.

The book is based on the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi and Sri Ramesh Balsekar

Thus the author presents to us the spiritual insights of these great sages in an accessible and visual format that can be beneficial to serious seekers.

We all beings strive to find happiness in our moments in life. But it is such that the more we run towards it, the more it tries to escape from our control. We attached various conditions to its existence. Is it how it is supposed to be? Also our own existence revolve around the concept of self, the term 'I'   which many a times is the source of all misery. So Who is this I in reality? Such books provide us A broader perspective which bring us better clarity in our thoughts.

With stories in graphic illustrations and wonderfully intriguingly presented thoughts this book makes for a meaningful and thought-provoking read.

I have shared the pictures in the slide and  illustrations on my blog as well so go and check them out and if you find them good you can buy the book directly from Amazon India.
