Dangling Gandhi and Other short stories

___________
Being a short stories lover I picked up this book for its artistic cover and of course the intriguing title.
There are 12 such short stories that truly encaptive our minds.
These  stories are set in different times and have different backdrops of different countries of South Asia.

But the vivid cultures are relatable and quite common to our own Indian continent.

Each story touches something deep that goes beyond shallowness of daily life.

They  leave an impression that keeps lingering after you finish one story at a time. There are deep meanings. Narration is kept in a way that carries ornamentation.

It touches human relationships, culture, our society, its origin and talks about multicultural aspects of land and the common men.

They prove to be gripping with out of the blue twists, Titles like Did Churchill know, Am I a Jar , My Mother is a feminist , the very title story Dangling Gandhi are some of the very interesting stories from this collection of a dozen of stories to devour.
