Darkness and Light' by Mahevash Shaikh

Poems are close to my heart. They have the ability to express immense emotions in only small bundles of verses or lines!
Again, poems let us feel understood.

The words of the writer connects to us making us feel less lonely and understand there are people out there who also feel the same like us and thus bring to us rays of hope to look forward to.

Here goes one poetry collection 'Darkness and Light' by poetess Mahevash Shaikh which contains myriads of poems  revolving around mental health and society which hits us hard realising many things about our lives.

There are 133 such pieces that truly show us how mental wellbeing and it's care is such an important topic to spread more awareness about and how society truly should become more empathetic towards it.

That it's always not in the mind of the person but society and it's ways play a major role triggering it.
It also talks about how our society is mostly filled with two faced hypocrites and how things actually should be. Hope is the thing that lets us survive.
I definitely think this is a poetry collection, poem lovers should should pick up . As we have gone through such thoughts, feelings and realisations one or the other times in our lives each one of us will feel the words relatable and thus connected to the poetess at some level!
Go for it. It's available on Amazon.
