Dissidents of Perfection by Amruta Krishnan Srinivasan

Dissidents of Perfection book is written by an 12 year old Amruta Krishnan Srinivasan.

Can you just imagine how talented this young author is?
After reading the book, I was amazed how creative she is and the way her imagination flows.

Certainly a gifted child to our planet who would provide us with amazing lessons in life in her bright future as well through her write ups.

Now coming back to the book, the story is based on Anthropomorphism.

Nature has its own ways and they are thoughtfully created but people often try to put their nose in the process and try to change the natural way by their thoughtless actions.
Such actions can bring big time harm to not only our planet, but can result into wiping away of all the signs of life!

This animal realm is filled with magic and here animals like Joey Fox believe it is a refuge from Earth.

Here the animals have their personality and community and they find peace and the needed security by following few magical rules.
In fact, the carnivores in the Animal Realm do not even kill to eat.

In this parallel universe foods grow and match the eaters taste buds.

How fantastic it would be right, if nobody had to killed anyone here as well right?

But is it even a natural order?

Fiona questions such an altered situation.

What is the value of life if potential risks are not present?

While everybody is busy in their own lives, she breaks the rules and escapes to live outside this perfect land.

This starts a chain reaction of some unknown events. Suddenly the fox also disappears, automatic food thristles stop growing which scares the animal kingdom and on top of that, out of the blue a man appears in their realm.
What will the other animals do now?

Will they comprehend Fiona's point of view finally and run back to Earth or will they bring her back making her understand how this realm is better than the Earth and restore it?

This story lets us contemplate can we really make our earth like the animal realm.
I will recommend this book to all. Such a beautiful masterpiece this proved to be!  Mindfully created, entertaining plot and yet a thought provoking one! A must read.
