Karma, Consciousness, and Clarity: A Transformative Read of Meetu Bisht 's book - To the Beginning of the End of Karma

I am being honest, it is one of those rare books that truly made me stop, reflect, and think differently.

Infact I picked it up as I had read two of her previous books 'Living Spirituality' and 'Why We Are Who We Are' and they were absolutely profound reads. Not only they broadened my perspective towards spirituality but also made me contemplate on my choice of actions.

The subject of karma many a times feels too heavy or too confusing to many, but this book - To the Beginning of the End of Karma by Meetu Bisht helps readers look at it in a much more grounded way.

The language is calm yet direct, you can check from the few pages I have shared above, and the author doesn’t speak down to the reader, she speaks with you.
Her tone felt like a wise friend guiding me through the tangled web of choices, patterns, and emotional loops I didn’t even know I was stuck in.
I especially appreciated how the book doesn’t just talk about karma as some vague spiritual idea. Instead, it shows how karmic threads are connected to real-life struggles like money issues, strained relationships, unexplained health problems, and even recurring thoughts. Ultimately our actions are linked with our results. Thus Karma exists and we all face it. Even it shares insights from Bhagavad Gita around Karma and what Ego has to do with it.
So, if you are exploring spiritual knowledge or trying to grow spiritually, this book can be one of your primary guides as well.
The clarity with which Meetu Bisht explained all this felt empowering. She doesn’t offer shortcuts or sugar-coated solutions.
Rather, the book offers a clear mirror to look into and the courage to work on yourself, from the inside out.

Thats why I love reading her books. Lucid, thoughtful and that which doesnot beat around the bushes.

The beautiful hardcover format also makes it feel like something sacred, a book I’ll want to return to again.

Here’s few more reasons,
why I personally liked this book:

1. It gave me a new way to reflect on life choices.
2. It helped me understand recurring relationship problems.
3. It connected physical health to emotional baggage.
4. It offered steps, not just theories.
5. It simplified big ideas without losing depth.
6. It gave me hope that change is possible.
7. It combined old wisdom with modern thinking.
8. It felt personal and spiritually grounding.

I recommend it to all.
