Enemies to Lovers by M. K. Devidasan

What happens when your heart pulls you toward someone whose world you can’t agree with? Reality is complex and heart wants what it wants.

That’s what Aarya Mehra faces when she meets Mohan Kapoor in this story named Enermies to Lovers written by author M. K. Devidasan.

Mohan is a man of money and power, everything she usually stands against. But is she misunderstanding him?

I was immediately drawn to their push-and-pull dynamic, where feelings bloom in the middle of tension.

I think most Young adults will find the storyline thus very attractive and witty.

It is not a romance story with clichés but a story to warm our hearts towards the real essence of love, love that not only means to be together in happy times but also in all phases of life- ups and downs and supporting each other's purpose.

I obviously liked these things about this story-

1. Aarya’s values never waver, even when emotions get messy.

2. Mohan’s growth felt real, I mean he wasn’t magically “fixed” but slowly peeled back his layers. It kept me hooked.

3. The backdrop of land politics and injustice added strong weight to the romance. This made the story more twisted and engaging till the end.

4. The characters are quite well ddveloped and both of them felt quite mature in their thinking and purposes in life finally.

5. It is a lucidly written story that beginners can easily understand and navigate making it a story for most, and that readers will feel relatable and feel connected to for sure.

If you like some thoughtful love stories that challenge your thinking and stir your feelings, this one will stay with you. So go for it.
